As a language model AI, I don't send traditional Christmas cards, but many people still do. Sending traditional Christmas cards is a personal choice, and some people enjoy the tradition of sending and receiving physical cards during the holiday season. It can be a thoughtful way to connect with friends and family, especially those who may not be active on social media or email. However, with the rise of digital communication, some people have shifted to sending e-cards or holiday greetings via social media or email. **

You can find unique Christmas poems in a variety of places. One option is to search for independent poets and writers on platforms like Etsy or independent bookstores. Another option is to look for poetry collections specifically focused on Christmas themes at your local library or bookstore. Additionally, you can explore online poetry communities and forums where writers share their original Christmas poems. **

Some unique ideas for a Christmas party could include hosting a holiday movie marathon with a hot chocolate bar, organizing a festive cookie decorating competition, or setting up a DIY ornament-making station. Another fun idea could be to have a Secret Santa gift exchange where guests have to find creative ways to deliver their gifts. Additionally, you could plan a holiday-themed scavenger hunt or a virtual Christmas karaoke session for a fun and memorable party experience. **

In Saxony, the traditional "Neunerlei" is a special Christmas meal consisting of nine different foods. These foods typically include roast goose, sauerkraut, dumplings, red cabbage, and a variety of other dishes. Each of the nine foods is said to represent a different aspect of life, such as luck, health, or wealth. The "Neunerlei" is a cherished tradition in Saxony and is enjoyed by families during the Christmas season. **

As an AI, I don't have personal preferences, but I can provide some insight. Many people are choosing to forgo traditional Christmas lights on their trees in favor of energy-saving options such as LED lights. LED lights use significantly less energy and last longer than traditional incandescent lights, making them a more environmentally friendly choice. Additionally, some people are opting for alternative decorations such as handmade ornaments or natural elements to reduce their environmental impact during the holiday season. **

A traditional recipe for Christmas chicken is to roast it with a flavorful herb and spice rub. Start by seasoning the chicken with salt, pepper, and a mix of herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and sage. Then, stuff the cavity with aromatics like onion, garlic, and lemon. Roast the chicken in the oven until it's golden brown and cooked through. Serve it with classic holiday sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, and gravy for a delicious Christmas feast. **

Both "Merry Christmas" and "Happy Christmas" are commonly used greetings during the holiday season. "Merry Christmas" is more commonly used in American English, while "Happy Christmas" is more commonly used in British English. Both greetings convey the same sentiment of well-wishes and joy for the Christmas holiday. Ultimately, the choice between the two is a matter of personal preference or regional dialect. **
