27.06.09 in Svalyava has taken place meeting of the Presidium of the People’s Parliament of Subcarpathian Ruthenia .There were two questions in the agenda,- the appeal of the Ruthenians of the village Dragovo to the Ruthenian organizations, and “The concept of Subcarpathian Ruthenia."

The international commission of Russia and the Czech Republic, the legal successors of Subcarpathian Ruthenia, will investigate crimes against Rusyns.

The Presidium agreed that with regard to Rusyns in Subcarpathian Ruthenia operates other non-Ukrainian legislation.

The Presidium qualified the Ruthenian revolt in Dragovo as a natural reaction to the Ukrainian ethnocide of Ruthenians. They made a decision to bring the crime of Ukrainian law enforcement bodies against Rusyns at international level, with the involvement of the legal successors Russia and the Czech Republic.

The Chairman of the People's Parliament of Subcarpathian Ruthenia in Irshava I. Modraninets made a proposal to support the appeal of Ruthenians in Dragovo, and to accept “The Ruthenian concept of Subcarpathian Rus“, supported by scientific and practical conference " The anniversary of the tragedy of Ruthenians because of the illegal deed “On Transcarpathian Ukraine”.
