Ruthenian movement supports the proposals of Subcarpathian entrepreneurs

Ruthenian people expressed their desire to act as a subject of international law in the territory of the Ruthenians to the south of the Carpathians. How today's searchlights of Ukrainian politicians are different from the promises lagging back 10 and 20 years? It is time to think about the specific implementation of the common interests of each of the many inhabitants of Transcarpathia-Subcarpathian Rus`, defrauded and impoverished by post-Soviet Ukraine. Ruthenian movement holds the same positions as Subcarpathian entrepreneurs. Solutions, voiced and adopted at the meeting of Transcarpathian entrepreneurs in Mukachevo on 13.11.2011, are fully supported by the Ruthenian movement. They are as follows:
1. Recognition of the Ruthenian people as subject of international law, and consequently, its right to implement the results of the Transcarpathian Regional referendum of December 1, 1991, "deferred" by Ukraine.

1. Recognition of the Ruthenian people as subject of international law, and consequently, its right to implement the results of the Transcarpathian Regional referendum of December 1, 1991, "deferred" by Ukraine.
2. Ruthenian movement is not entirely opposed to the proposal of Transcarpathian entrepreneurs to offer Ukraine last chance of "common future", on the condition of abolition of the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine № 110 (Encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine. Part 1 Intentional acts committed with the aim of changing boundaries of the territory of the state border of Ukraine in violation of procedures established by the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as public calls or distributing materials calling for such acts, - shall be punishable by restraint of freedom for up to 3 years, or imprisonment for the same period) by the post-Soviet Ukraine. This legislation is contrary to international law. Another condition is implementation of the results of the referendum of 1991 no later than 1 December 2011.
3. Ruthenian movement supports concrete proposal of Subcarpathian entrepreneurs to implement transitional period in order to establish new relations between the two subjects of international law. Apparently, the "representatives of the Ukrainian authorities" are only capable of projects of destruction and ruin.
4. Ruthenian movement encourages spreading the proposals of Subcarpathian entrepreneurs amongst Ruthenians, and proposes ECSR and WCSR to support initiatives at the international level, and bring the issue to the international community.
Ruthenian ideas take possession of the masses, to which eloquently points sharp increase of the supporters in the social network "Classmates - Odnoklassniki.ru " the group "Republic of Subcarpathian Rus` " today has 25,000 members.
