 Az alábbi sorok az USA-beli Kárpáto-Ruszin tudományos központ elnöke, a Ruszin Világtanács egyik alapítója, 1991 -2009 között a Ruszin Világtanács tagja, 2005-2009 között annak elnöke, 2009-től tiszteletbeli elnöke, Pavlo Robert Magocsi professzor, valamint a Ruszin Kultúra Világakadémiájának elnöke, Stefán Csepa nézeteit tükrözik.

A Világtanács alapításának idején, 1991-ben elsődleges feladata volt a ruszinok/lemkók/rusznákok nemzeti öntudatának megerősítése, a ruszin nyelv, a történelem, a kultúra népszerűsítése minden olyan országban, ahol ruszinok élnek, valamint világviszonylatban is. Különös figyelmet szenteltek annak, hogy a ruszinokat/lemkókat/rusznákokat önálló nemzetiségnek ismerjék el azoknak az országoknak a kormányai, amelyekben ezek a népcsoportok élnek.

Sydor," was postponed due to non-attendance of the forensic linguistic examination experts for the fifth consecutive time. The court decided to oyer testimony of the expert of forensic linguistic examination using the IP-telephony (namely, "Skype").

All legalists are aware that the facts of legal significance could be obtained through testimony of the parties, third parties, their representatives questioned as witnesses, the testimony of witnesses, written (real) evidence, expert opinions, on condition that the said evidence was obtained without violation of the procedure established by law. At the trial, not all the facts of legal significance could be regarded as evidence, but only those that are directly defined in the law. Certain pre-statutory restriction in the use of evidence in resolving specific disputes in the law practice has traditionally been understood as the credibility of evidence. (cz) Vit Hassan I Česko - japonsko - korejský bavič a mluvčí Asociace cestovních kanceláří Tomio Okamura mě zde na blogu již několikrát pobavil víc než ve své putovní show. Mnohdy se mi nad jeho tragickomickými populistickými výroky chtělo více plakat než smát, teď je tomu přesně naopak. Tomio totiž v nedávném rozhovoru pro Parlamentní listy řekl: "Bylo by dobré, pokud by se probrali i všichni založení takzvaně multikulti. Krása naší země je přece v odlišnosti, v tom, že máme české syrečky, máme češtinu, českou svíčkovou - máme další české věci"

Tomio Okamura v uvedeném rozhovoru také uvedl: "Úplně mě děsí, že se lidé bojí říct, Čechy Čechům. Okamžitě jsou označeny za xenofoby či nacisty. Ale kde to jsme?" pozastavil se nad současným stavem v Česku.
