(cz)  Editor I Předávání Ruské ceny za 2011 rok se konalo před pravoslavným Svatým Mikulášem 18.12.2011 v Užhorodě - metropolí Podkarpatské Rusi!

Laureát  Igor Kerča získal ocenění za rusínsko-ruský slovník, který on publikoval v roce 2007 a rusko-rusínský slovník, už přípravený  pro tisk, stejně jako za mnoholetou tvůrčí práce na překladech ruské a světové klasiky do rusínštiny.

Ve volbách oblíbence lidu provedených mezi návštěvníky stránek www.premija-ru.eu zvítězil Vladimír Perevalov (Vladimír Jurijevič Dudáš), rusínský a ruský spisovatel ze Zahatí a rovněž Belgorodu-Dněstrovského, autor policejních detektivů pro neúplatného inspektora Užhorodské kriminálky Ivana Vasiljeviče Kašaje. Při této příležitosti pan Dudáš obdržel diplom MF "Ruska cena" a určitou materiální pomoc.

(en) ASR I Communiqué of the Information Agency of Subcarpathian Ruthenia and the Joint Congress of Subcarpathian Ruthenians

On December 20, 2011 took place an online session of the Joint (World and European) Congress of Subcarpathian Ruthenians in a conference mode. It was the third Congress, conducted via Internet. It was attended by 73 participants from Ukraine, Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Slovakia, Latvia, USA and Australia. All participants received drafts of the programme in advance and considered remarks, which they introduced in the concluding statement of the Congress.

According to online votes, there were adopted resolutions of the 8th European Congress of Subcarpathian Ruthenians and the 5th World Congress of Subcarpathian Ruthenians.

50-year-old traveler Semen Deyak, who was born in the village Onok, Vinogradovsky district, Transcarpathian region, decided to glorify his native land. During the Easter holidays, with a team of Russians, he visited the North Pole, where he installed  April 15, 2011 flag of the Subcarpathian Rus' for the first time.
Semen Deyak for many years have been living in Krasnoyarsk. After retirement he became an active member of the Club of Russian sea travelers. In 2009, with the team of Muscovite Fyodor Konyukhov on the yacht "Torgovaya Set Alye Parusa", he sailed around the legendary Cape Horn, overpassing thousands of miles along the South Pacific.

ANNIVERSARY OF THE GREAT VICTORY: NOT SMART REFLECTIONS AGAINST MODERN POLITICAL DEBATES.              Today the whole world celebrates the 65th anniversary of end of the Second World War. On September, 2nd, 1945 onboard a battleship "Missouri" in Tokyo by representatives of Japan in the presence of delegations of the USSR and the USA have signed the act of unconditional surrender. This day is considered an official date of end of the Second World War.       This war began on September 1, 1939 with attack of Germany to Poland. 62 countries have took in military operations, fights inflamed in territory of three parts of the World. Ten thousand settlements were ruined, 55 million persons were lost.

Ruthenians (Rusyns, Rusnaks, Carpathorosses) are native Slavic population of the Carpathian region. They consider themselves a separate nation and they are officially recognized in 22 countries. According to national census in 2001, in the Transcarpathian region live around 10069 Ruthenians. In 1992 and 2002, the Transcarpathian regional council had twice applied to the deputies of the Supreme Council of Ukraine to recognize the Ruthenian nationality. In August 2006, the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination urged the Ukrainian government to recognize the Ruthenian minority. In March 2007, the Transcarpathian regional council acknowledged a nationality this ethnic group in the region

International Film, TV & Radio Festival. MDD - Tabor 2009. Mezinárodní festival dokumentárních filmů, televizních a rozhlasových pořadů "Můj druhý domov - Tábor 2009" je jediným festivalem tohoto druhu v Evropské unii. Festival o životě, kultuře a tradicích národnostních menšin, by měl na jedné straně pomáhat příslušníkům menšin se začleňováním do majoritních společností a jejich potomkům objevovat kulturní a duchovní tradice rodných zemí jejich předků.Na straně druhé by měl ukázat majoritním společnostem problematiku existence a života menšin a přistěhovalců, a především upozornit na bohatost jejich kultury, tradic a specifických forem života. Na gala večeru dne 15. listopadu 2009 v Táboře specialní cenu Mezinárodního fondu «Ruská Cena» obdržel team RUSSIA TODAY za film „The Rusyns“ o Rusínech Podkarpatské Rusí.

According to the correspondent of IA REGNUM News, the participants from the Ruthenian side were the Head of the World Congress of Subcarpathian Ruthenians Vasily Dzhugan, the Chairman of the People's Parliament of Subcarpathian Ruthenia Vasily Mikulin, Ruthenian public figures Alexander Onisko and Vasily Tsubera. Abkhazian delegation was headed by the President of the World Congress of Abkhazian-Abasin people, Doctor of juridical science, Professor Taras Shamba.
The parties discussed a wide range of issues, including the recognition of the Ruthenian people by the authorities of Ukraine, the status and rights of Subcarpathian Rusyns in Ukraine.
