Mikulin Vasily Ivanovich - the Head of the Peoples Council of Subcarpathian Rus

He was born on 3 October 1957 in in the village Olshany, Khust district in Transcarpathia. After Secondary education in Lviv forest institute, graduated from courses in hunting.
After compulsory military service in the army, he worked as a mechanic of Bushtino forest plant. He is the chairman of Tyachiv district society of hunters and fishermen since 1989 to date.
He is a Member of the Government of the Republic of Subcarpathian Rus, Chairman of Tyachiv District of Subcarpathian Ruthenians.
Currently is the Head of the Peoples Council of Subcarpathian Rus. He is married and has two children, a son and a daughter, and four grandchildren.
