(en) Alexander Rusyn I A regular, 17th in a row court hearing in Court of Appeal in Uzhgorod on September 30, 2011, with regard to the case number 499, "Ukraine v.s. the spiritual leader of the Ruthenians D. Sydor," was postponed due to non-attendance of the forensic linguistic examination experts for the fifth consecutive time. The court decided to oyer testimony of the expert of forensic linguistic examination using the IP-telephony (namely, "Skype").

All legalists are aware that the facts of legal significance could be obtained through testimony of the parties, third parties, their representatives questioned as witnesses, the testimony of witnesses, written (real) evidence, expert opinions, on condition that the said evidence was obtained without violation of the procedure established by law. At the trial, not all the facts of legal significance could be regarded as evidence, but only those that are directly defined in the law. Certain pre-statutory restriction in the use of evidence in resolving specific disputes in the law practice has traditionally been understood as the credibility of evidence. In this regard, there follows logical question: "Is there any mention in the law of obtaining evidence through the network, using the IP-telephony?

State of threat to life has always triggered a natural instinct for survival. This survival instinct triggered by the threat of destruction of the Ruthenian nation by the nationalist government of Ukraine (especially in the reign of President Yushchenko and his "Orange regime").

On March 15, at 12:00 in Uzhgorod took place third regular session of the trial of Father Dymitry Sidor, which is, in fact, a show trial in order to intimidate Ruthenian activists. The applicants - chairmen of Ukrainian nationalist organizations, who were also on the side of witnesses against Ruthenians, once again proved their utter incompetence on the part of the court case, in particular the lack of understanding of the Ruthenian issue. Galician nationalist Kucina, who had previously promised to the judge to be present at this session, to give evidence and produce documents, did not arrive. According to his representative, he was busy with celebrations. The main signatory of the denunciation against Father Dymitry, marginal and instigator of ethnic conflicts P. Fedaka, also continues to ignore court hearings.

On the 5th of February was held second session of the court on forged by the Security Council of Ukraine criminal case against spiritual leader of the Subcarpathian Ruthenians Father Dimytry Sidor. Yesterday to the trial were called the signatories of the indictment of the SCU on the basis of which was open so-called trial on separatism, criminal case number 499. Not everyone showed up at the court hearing. Fedaka and Fedorishin were not present among other signatories. At the court hearing on February 5 were called experts from Kiev who conducted the expertise of the materials of the Ruthenian congresses, especially the Second European Congress of Subcarpathian Ruthenians. However, they defiantly refused to appear in court, and carried out their expertise even without a license.

Prime Minister of the Republic of Subcarpathian Rus Peter Getsko reported to the IAN REGNUM: An absolute majority of conference participants agreed on the fact that "a gross violation of fundamental rights of the Ruthenian people by Ukraine, ignoring of acts of anti-Semitism, xenophobia, Ruthenophobia, inciting ethnic hatred by the law enforcement bodies and the extreme right-wing political parties and politicians, leaves absolutely no chance for the future of the Ruthenian people as part of both, the unitary and federal or con-federal Ukraine.

The Security Service of Ukraine fabricated it. Father Dimitry is tried for "separatism". In fact, Archpriest Dimitry Sidor is tried for Ruthenian (wider - Russian) identity and loyalty to the Russian Orthodox Church. Father Dimitry is a confessor. He is a missionary, who changed the course of history. When Uniates seized the Cathedral in Uzhgorod, he put in pledge his home and began building a grand Cathedral of Christ, which has now become a symbol of Uzhgorod and Subcarpathian Rus. If it were not for Father Dimitry, Uzhgorod would be a typical Uniate city. However, thanks to him Uzhhorod is one of the spiritual centres of the Russian Orthodox Church. There is every reason to believe that it is the main reason why they are trying to put Father Dimitry behind bars.
